Adhere to Candidate Night Guidelines and Rules

• Attendees will be able to submit written questions ONLY from 6:45 p.m. to

  7:45 p.m. on the evening of Monday, May 12.

   

• Questions can be submitted during PTA and budget meetings.

   

• Attendees will not have the ability to ask questions live at the event.

   

• No questions may be submitted after 7:45 p.m.

   

• Questions involving student or personnel matters will not be allowed.

   

• No questions will be asked of a single candidate. Each candidate will answer the same questions.

   

• Candidates may not discuss student or personnel issues in their responses and are encouraged to stick to relevant school district issues, policies, etc.

   

• A moderator from the League of Women Voters of Suffolk County will rank and ask all questions.

• Any questions that are deemed inappropriate, personal, or illegible will not be asked.
