Islip High School students in teacher Renee Clock’s Business Leadership and Commerce Club recently participated for the 13th consecutive year in the Town of Islip’s annual Teens for Jeans donation program, an initiative dedicated to providing clothing for those in need. In recent years, the Teens for Jeans drive has faced challenges due to the rising popularity of sweatpants, but the club’s dedication ensured a successful collection effort this year, donating 160 pairs of denim jeans to a local shelter.
