When a family of mallard ducks laid eggs in the high school’s courtyard, and the hatchlings found themselves vulnerable to crows and with no way to get out to Pardees Pond, a teacher and students came to the rescue, helping the mother duck and her ducklings to maneuver the hallway and get out the door and into the pond.
