As we approach the awaited countdown to the 95th commencement in Islip High School’s history, there is no better time than now, to thank all of you for your patience, unwavering support and confidence in our faculty and staff during our distance learning experience. Islip High School faculty and staff worked so hard to create and modify events to ensure that our amazing graduates knew how much they were loved, missed and appreciated for all they accomplished during their time at Islip, culminating this week with what is shaping up to be a wonderful family-oriented series of commencement ceremonies.
 
At this time, I would like to formally invite you all to join me and the rest of the Islip High School administration, faculty, staff and the Islip school community in recognizing the members of the Class of 2020 who were nominated and selected as award winners. Our first presentation linked below is our Virtual Senior Awards Ceremony which will present a variety of academic, service and achievement awards and scholarships from 65 families, community members and organizational donors to graduating seniors totaling more than $90,000. Our second presentation is our Virtual Athletic Awards Program honoring the senior varsity athletes of the graduating Class of 2020.
