Four high school students were selected by Islip American Legion Rusy-Bohm Post 411 for this summer’s Legion’s Boys State and Auxiliary Girls State leadership programs. Joseph Petrucci and Francis Whitehouse were chosen as primary delegates for Boys State. Sofia Rubinson was picked as a citizen and Sude Gokce as an alternate for Girls State.
