Five exceptional high school wrestlers – Jack Spahn (first place at 160 pounds), Francis Whitehouse (second place at 145 pounds), Sean Petersen (third place at 132 pounds), Logan Delisle (fifth place at 120 pounds) and Matt Hole (sixth place at 138 pounds) – earned All-County honors at the Suffolk County Division I championships on Feb. 16, held at Suffolk Community College in Brentwood. Their wins qualified Spahn and Whitehouse to represent Islip at the 2020 NYSPHSAA Wrestling Championships in Albany on Feb. 28-29.
