Community Forum on Stony Brook CARE Initiative

Dear Islip School Community Parents and Guardians,
The Islip Union Free School District is pleased to invite parents and guardians to a community forum to learn more about the CARE Initiative, a partnership between the District and Stony Brook Children's Hospital. The CARE initiative is designed to help families access behavioral health and pediatric specialty services by providing short-term support, guidance, and connections to community-based resources.

During this forum, families will learn about the CARE Initiative, including the supports and services available to children and families through this partnership.
