It was an incredible day of innovation, leadership, and collaboration at the 2025 Virtual Enterprise NYS & NE Student Leadership Conference at Long Island University. 

Student executives from Ms. Danielle McMullan’s two Virtual Enterprise firms, Platera and Everplay, had the opportunity to network with peers and professionals from across the region, participate in a workshop on emotional intelligence, engage with a panel of industry experts, and present their elevator pitches in breakout sessions.

A special highlight of the day was Siena Napolitano, COO of Everplay, being selected as one of only ten students in the entire conference to present her pitch on the main stage at the Tilles Center. Siena’s confidence, poise, and professionalism stood out among hundreds of participants, earning well-deserved recognition for her hard work and dedication.

“Seeing my students step up, lead, and represent our program with such confidence is what teaching is all about," Ms. McMullan said. "Watching Siena take the main stage was a proud moment not just for her, but for all of us who have witnessed her growth so far this year."
