Islip High School recently held a successful donation drive organized by WLHS, NHS, ENS, and AHA, bringing together students and staff to support those in need within the community. 

Students and faculty generously donated new, unwrapped toys, as well as packages of socks and warm-weather items, all of which were collected to benefit the Suffolk County Department of Social Services. 

On Thursday, December 18, representatives from Suffolk County DSS, along with Commissioner Imhof, visited Islip High School to pick up the donations and express their appreciation.

This annual event demonstrates the power of collaboration within the school community and the positive impact students can make when they work together. 

Through their generosity and teamwork, Islip High School students helped spread kindness and make a real difference for others during the holiday season.
