The spirit of the season is alive in Islip as the Islip High School Business Leadership and Commerce Club, together with students from the Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, prepare to host their annual Breakfast with Santa—a festive community celebration with a powerful purpose.
The event will take place on Sunday, December 14, 2025, from 9 a.m. to Noon at the Islip American Legion Rusy Bohm Post 411, located at 39 Nassau Avenue in Islip. Tickets must be purchased in advance through the IBUC Shop at: 👉 https://islip-high-school-ibuc-shop.square.site/
This year’s Breakfast with Santa serves as the centerpiece of the students’ Chick-fil-A Leader Academy Impact Project, an initiative that empowers young leaders to serve their community. The students selected the Islip American Legion Building Renovation Project as their cause, aiming to raise $10,000 to fund necessary updates to the over-100-year-old facility so local veterans can continue to have a safe, functional place to gather.
