The words (in gold font) "Enter to learn, go forth to serve"  curve around the top of the purple circle above the flame of the torch, and EST. 1964 is centered at the bottom of the purple circle.

The Islip Board of Education will hold a regular business meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, starting at 5:30 p.m. at Wing Elementary School. It is anticipated that after opening the meeting the Board will convene into executive session.

The public business portion of the meeting will begin at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the Wing auditorium and will include a special presentation by Wing Elementary School staff and students, as well as recognition of recently tenured Wing teachers. Paper copies of the agenda in English, Spanish, Pashto, and Urdu will be available at the check-in table in the lobby. In-person attendees also have the option to borrow a device to translate the proceedings into multiple languages in real-time.

The public session will also be live streamed via the Board's YouTube channel. Any questions or comments for the Board from those planning to watch the live stream may be emailed to DistrictClerk@islipufsd.org prior to the meeting's start time. A digital version of the agenda will be available to the public at least 48 hours before the meeting through BoardDocs on the District website.
