2026 – 2027 Incoming Kindergarten Information Sheet
Dear Parents/Guardians:
At Wing we are already preparing for the 2026-2027 school year. If you have a child whose birthday falls between December 2, 2020 and December 1, 2021, they are eligible to register for kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year. Please complete the Kindergarten Information Google Form linked below by Monday, December 1, 2025. Completion of this form will ensure that you will be included in all correspondence regarding the 2026 – 2027 school year. ** Completion of this form does not mean your child is registered for Kindergarten. PLEASE NOTE: If your child currently attends our Islip UPK program (at either Wing or South Shore Childrens Center), you do not need to fill out this form or reregister your child(ren) for the 2026-2027 school year.
Please do not fill out this form if your child is currently enrolled in kindergarten.
