Islip Schools is in the middle of an exciting stretch of Spirit Week and Homecoming festivities, and the community will have plenty of opportunities to show their Buccaneer pride.

Thanks to the efforts of staff and students, a new QR code and shop link have been created to make it easier than ever for families and community members to order official Islip gear. Orders can also be placed directly on the IBUC website.

Orders are pickup only, and shipping is not available. At checkout, customers can select their child’s school and enter their last name to have the order delivered directly to the student's home. Otherwise, pickup is available at Islip High School.

To make Spirit Week and Homecoming even more convenient, a special merchandise tent will be set up on the Islip High School soccer field beginning at 10 a.m. on Homecoming Day, allowing families to pick up pre-orders or purchase new gear before the parade starts.

Looking ahead, the Islip spirit team will also have a strong presence at the Islip Main Street Fall Festival on Sunday, October 19, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Community members are encouraged to stop by, browse the latest Islip apparel, and show their support.
