In a night of candles and kudos, the high school held its annual Honor Society Induction Ceremony on April 16 in the school auditorium, welcoming parents and friends to recognize the newest inductees. Valedictorian Victoria Arthus and salutatorian Matthew Southard led the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by a welcome from Assistant Principal Curtis Juengerkes. Dr. Christopher Smalley, the district’s assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, provided the keynote speech. Before Principal Michael Mosca delivered his closing remarks, the school had honored 68 new inductees into the World Language Honor Society (10 for Italian and 58 for Spanish), 22 new inductees into the Math Honor Society, 27 new inductees into the English Honor Society and 39 new inductees into the National Honor Society.
