The Islip School District will hold two separate Community Forums during the week of August 24th - one for parents of secondary students and one for parents of elementary students. Both will be held virtually through the Zoom platform.

The Community Forum focusing on the procedures and protocols in place for the reopening of Islip Middle School and Islip High School will be held on Wednesday, August 26th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Please visit the Zoom Community Forum - Secondary registration page to sign up to participate in this meeting.

On Thursday, August 27th, the Community Forum will focus on Wing Elementary School, Commack Road Elementary School, and Sherwood Elementary School, also beginning at 6:00 p.m. Click here to register as a participant for this Elementary Community Forum.

It is requested that questions be emailed to BofEducation@islipufsd.org prior to the meetings. Questions for the Secondary meeting should be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25th and those for the Elementary meeting by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26th. Per Board protocols, please include your name and address with your email. Your email should also include an indication regarding which Community Forum your question is intended.
