Islip Public Schools to Host Heroin Symposium
Tuesday, January 26 at 7:00 pm
On January 26 at 7:00 pm in the Islip Middle School auditorium, Islip Public Schools, in partnership with the Islip Drug Education and Awareness (IDEA) Task Force, will host “The IDEA Parent Night - Heroin: Protecting Our Children and Our Community.” Professional experts in the field of heroin, including keynote speaker Dr. Stephen L. Dewey from the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research, have been invited to share information with parents and community members.
